Where do I create my account for the NOHRD Bike App?

In order to use the NOHRD Bike in conjunction with the official NOHRD Bike app (available for free download from the iOS App Store and Google Play), a user account must first be registered on www.my-nohrd.com. After successful registration, you can log in to the NOHRD Bike app.
