If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new password. To do this, you must be on the NOHRD website of your country.
For mobile devices:
1. Open the main menu
2. Select "Account" at the top
3. Select "My account"
4. Select "Forgot password"
5. Enter the email address you used to register and select "Reset password"
6. Check your email inbox (also check your SPAM folder if necessary)
7. Click on the highlighted link / button in the email (Save new password)
8. You will now be directed to the homepage. There you enter your new password (at least eight characters).
9. Repeat the password entry and make sure that you enter the new password correctly again.
10. Now click on "Save new password"
11. You can now log in to the homepage with the new password.
For tablets or PCs with a higher resolution:
1. Open the user menu
2. Select the menu item "Account"
3. Select "My account"
4. Select "Forgot password"
5. Enter the email address you used to register and select "Reset password"
