How do I get warranty service?

A WaterRower Driftwood model that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date the product is first shipped by WATERROWER | NOHRD to the customer. An extended warranty can be extended to FIVE (5) YEARS for all components by registering the product at www.nohrd.com/warranty within the first year of purchase.
